IMPORTANT NOTE - Pre-Christmas Deliveries & Christmas Opening Times

We will close for the Christmas & New Year holidays on 23^rd December 2022 and reopen for normal business on 3^rd January 2023

Radiator deliveries:

The last date for all radiator orders to be placed for a guaranteed pre-Christmas despatch is 11^th December 2022 (for most UK addresses excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands, Eire & remote addresses). This date is liable to change so please order ASAP.

Orders placed on or before this date are guaranteed to be ready to be despatched to you for delivery by Friday 23^rd December.

If you cannot receive delivery on or before the 23^rd December, YOU MUST let us know in the message box at order.

Obviously, orders placed for our cast iron radiators after this date cannot be guaranteed pre-Christmas despatch and may be despatched in the New Year.

All radiator orders placed after the cut-off date of 11^th December 2022, but before we close on 23^rd December 2022, will be processed in line with the lead-time to despatch quoted at time of order (excluding the holiday period whilst we are closed) and be booked in for despatch from 3^rd January 2023 for delivery week commencing 3^rd January 2023 onwards.

If we can complete any of the orders placed after 11^th December for despatch before we break for Christmas, we will endeavour to do so.

Last despatch date for radiators:

The last date we will despatch our cast iron radiators on pallet deliveries will be Thursday 22^nd December on a next day delivery service for delivery on Friday 23^rd December.

We will despatch all orders as usual, unless informed to the contrary, so please ensure you or your builders are on site to receive your deliveries as failure to take delivery may mean that your order will sit in the delivery depot over the Christmas & New Year holidays and won’t be delivered until January 2023 and there may be a re-delivery charge incurred.

All orders placed during our break will have the current lead-time to despatch as shown at time of order with the first working day being counted as the 3^rd January 2023.

Orders Valves & accessories only:

The last date for all valve/accessory only orders to be placed for pre-Christmas despatch is 10:00am on 21^st December 2022. This date is liable to change so please order ASAP.

We use DPD next working day courier service for last deliveries to be made 23^rd December 2022, but we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by high volumes due to time of year.
